The most common ways to combat this is to add some fat back in or to use damp breadcrumbs mixed in with the ground turkey. •Caremelized onion
•Cauliflower rice
•Cheese (optional)
The cauliflower rice is the main ingredient that makes this turkery burger so JUICY. Cauliflower has a lot of moisture in it, preventing the turkey from drying out and it adds nutrients as an added bonus! You can't taste the cauliflower at all, but it changes the texture dramatically!
Tangy chipotle mayo:
•3 tbsp mayo
•2 tsp chipotle tabasco sauce (or as much as desired)
•Juice of 1/4 lemon
Substitutions:
Vegetarian: Mashed black beans and finely chopped mushrooms. Mix in 2 eggs.
