Goin' Bananas for Banana BREAD!

This banana bread is amazing! It is so moist, delicate and so so easy! This is truly and no hassle recipe. You only need a fork and one bowl to mix everything in and a pan to cook it in. Odds are you have all the ingredients at home. This banana bread is slightly different from most. It is sweet, dense and moist. SO MOIST (sorry if you don't like that word lol). It is also slightly healthier than most as it uses less sugar and coconut oil.

Coconut oil is better for you than most other oils because it provides your body with GOOD fatty acids. It increases your bodies high density lipoproteins (HDL) which are good cholesterol. If you would like you can replace the coconut oil in this recipe with olive oil, it will still taste good, just different, but olive oil has less saturated fatty acids in it. Butter can also be used instead, it will give a richer taste.

This recipe uses baking soda. Many people wonder what the difference between baking powder and baking soda is. Well they serve the same purpose, but baking soda requires an acid and liquid in order for it to react and cause your recipe to rise. Baking powder is a mixture of baking soda and an acid is already in it, so it only needs a liquid. I used baking soda and added apple cider vinegar, which also has great health benefits and enhances flavor! This allowed the banana bread to have a fluffy texture and taste sooo goodddd.

Eggs are a MUST in this recipe. Eggs help gluten develop when mixed with flour. It gives the bread structure and density. The more eggs you add the more dense your bread will be. The yolk also provides moisture and can give a fudgier texture.

Overall the recipe is so easy and so good. Everyone seems to be making banana bread during quarantine and if you're looking for a recipe, I recommend you try this one. It is seriously so good and so easy! Let me know what you think!

If you end up making this recipe, let me know and tell me what you think! My whole family loved it and it is literally so easy!

Best Banana Bread Recipe! Made it yesterday and my family loves it. Super moist which is a big win because for so long I followed a recipe that always made my bread dry. 100% recommend for anyone that is reading this ◡̈
