Gochujang Sticky Wings

Sweet, spicy, and slightly tangy, this wing sauce will have you licking your fingers and coming back for more! Don't just use it on wings! This will taste great as a dipping sauce for chicken tenders, on top of fried tofu, eggplant, mushrooms, or as a side for some crispy pork belly!

Wings are the best food to bring people together. You can add so much variety with the sauces and dipping sauces, the sides, it is impossible to not like them! My brother and I are both huge wing fans. Every time we're home together it is tradition to get wings, but sometimes, the wings just don't hit the same. It's hard to mess wings up but sometimes restaurants miss the mark, for one reason or another. So after being disappointed a few times, it was time to take matters into our own hands.

With endless flavor and sauce options, they are a great vehicle to display your creative side. They are super easy to make at home and don't worry, you do not need to fry them to get them nice and crispy! I have a foolproof method for crispy oven "fried" wings that works like a charm and takes the "intimidating" part out of making wings at home!
