Low Calorie Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing

Creamy, dreamy, flavorful dressing that will turn even the most boring salads into something delicious! Take your meal prep to the next level with this as a sauce for your roasted chicken, salmon, tofu scramble, anything!

I don't trust anyone who claims they enjoy eating salad with no dressing. Salads are bland and the flavor comes from the dressing, unless you season your salad which barely anyone does (but is a great way to up your salad game and I highly recommend).

If you are trying to lose weight, you've probably considered adding more salads to your diet but don't find them appealing. This is exactly what your salad needs! It will instantly add so much more flavor and is low in calories as opposed to several other creamy dressings and of course no preservatives or fillers since it is homemade! Which is always a plus!

Other ways I like to enjoy this dressing/sauce:

- Pan-seared salmon and rice bowl with thinly sliced cucumber, carrots and bell peppers

- Chicken salad using this dressing as the base instead of mayo

- Roasted chicken thighs with roasted veggies

- As a replacement for ranch

If you are vegan, you can replace yogurt with coconut yogurt as a good alternative!

Storage:

The dressing will last in the fridge for 5-7 days. Store in an airtight jar for best results.
